Adakah pihak Research Management Centre (RMC) perlu membuat penilaian dalaman (internal evaluation) untuk permohonan yang akan dihantar oleh penyelidik sebelum dihantar kepada pihak MOSTI?
Penialaian perlu dibuat terlebih dahulu oleh pihak RMC agar permohonan yang dihantar dapat dikenalpasti oleh pihak RMC.
